Privacy policy
How VedaPhi holds personal data, and the choices you keep.
At a glance
We collect what you give us when you contact us, and basic usage data to keep the site working. We never sell it. You can ask to see it, correct it, or have it removed at any time. We remove it once your enquiry is resolved, not on an indefinite clock.
What we collect
On this website, we collect the details you give us: your name, work email, company, role, and any message you send when you book a session or subscribe. We also gather basic usage signals, such as the pages viewed, to keep the site working well.
How we hold it
We hold your details with care, and use them to reply to your request and to prepare for a conversation. We keep them for as long as the relationship needs, then remove them. We share them only with the people inside VedaPhi who serve your request.
Sovereignty in the product
Inside VedaStudio, personal data stays inside your own cluster. Identity resolution runs on a pseudonymous key that holds zero raw data, and cohorts answer the question while personal fields stay sealed. Zero raw data leaves home.
Your choices
You may ask to see the details we hold, correct them, or have them removed. You may leave the insight subscription whenever you wish. Write to us and we will act on your request promptly.

Terms of use
The terms that govern your use of this website.
At a glance
Use this site for your own lawful business purposes and you are covered. The VedaStudio name, mark, and content belong to VedaPhi; quote us with attribution, ask first for anything wider. English law governs these terms.
Acceptance
By using vedastud.io, you accept these terms. Where you use VedaStudio itself, a separate written agreement governs that use, and it takes precedence.
Use of the site
You may read and share this site for your own business purposes. Please keep your use lawful, and leave the site and its systems intact for others.
Intellectual property
The VedaStudio and VedaPhi names, the φ mark, and the content of this site belong to VedaPhi. You may quote us with attribution. For wider use, please ask first.
The site as it stands
We offer this site in good faith and keep it current where we can. To the extent the law allows, we provide it as it stands, and our liability for its use stays limited.
Governing law
These terms follow the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales hold jurisdiction.
Security statement
Our posture in plain terms. The full technical detail lives on the Deployment & Security page.
At a glance
Security runs across twenty-one layers, checked continuously, not once at sign-off. Your data and our intelligence are kept apart by a boundary neither side can bypass. Found a problem? Write to security@vedastud.io; here is exactly what happens next.
The posture
Security is built into VedaStudio across twenty-one layers, grouped into build and licence, confidential compute, data protection, and network and access. We design for the hardest assumption throughout.
In your own cloud
The control plane holds the intelligence. The data plane holds your data, sealed inside its own boundary, in your own cloud. The two speak across a signed HTTPS boundary, and nothing else crosses it.
Audit and logging
Every action writes to a tamper-evident log, ready for review. All audit findings stand resolved, and we hold ourselves to that standard on every release.
Reporting a concern
If you find a security concern, write to us at security@vedastud.io. We read every report and act with care.
